STAR DURF is a modular toolkit for turning DURF, by Emiel Boven, into a spacefaring sci-fi adventure game.

You can find DURF here.

Included in STAR DURF are the following:

Character Archetypes: Start your game with a unique alien, robot, or human character, each with their own items, subtypes, and defining characteristics. Choose from the options or roll for your character.

Space Travel: Rules for traveling and fighting in space. Build your own starship that you and your crew will rocket across the galaxy in.

Equipment: Sci-fi equipment and rules for building and fighting in your very own mech.

Powers: Whether ancient religions, psychic ability, or cosmic weirdness, powers can be wielded to do incredible things.

Progenitor Items: A long lost advanced civilization just left all their stuff lying around and some of it is really cool too!

Love the adaptations to Star Durf, and I saw the star system generator on your blog - awesome! 

Do you have any guidelines on buying ships/modules? I don't see any prices listed. It would also be cool to see a simple trading system.

Regardless, keep up the good work. Excited to see the standalone version

I am working on intergrating starships and their modules into the economy for the standalone version. I'm testing a couple of options.

1. Price per number of module slots with a percentage resell value.

2. Separate currency for starships. 

3. Different factions who reward specific ships/modules.
